I know some people out there do not like Suzanne Somers and think she is just weird, but I find her intriguing. I have been reading her book Breakthrough, for the past week. I first heard about it when she was on Oprah a few weeks ago (the show about hormone replacement therapy). It’s about the 8 steps of wellness she has taken to regain her health, after her diagnosis/recovery from breast cancer. She mostly took the unconventional route to recovery and talks with Doctors about complimentary approaches to wellness. It has opened my eyes to a lot of things I didnt even think about. If you are overweight, depressed, sick, unhealthy, or just want to find a better way to heal your body or keep it healthy, this book is a great read.
